SonicWebTech program provides a number of incrementally in depth PayPal support and diagnostic services. They range from the quick diagnostic of your problem with immediate solutions and direction, to ongoing support to help you over each bump in the road to your solution. Each service comes with detail documentation as to what services are provided and the conditions that apply to providing that service. It is important to review our "General Terms of Service" for specifics.
Custom consulting is also available at the normal billing rates. Note: Time is used in minimum 15 minute units.
All of our services are governed by our General Terms of Service.
Diagnostics
Probably the last time your car had problems you took it to a mechanic. The first thing you wanted to know was: "What is wrong and how much will it cost?" If your experience is like mine, the first thing your mechanic says is "We will have to run it though some diagnotics and that will cost you $##.00". (Some where between $75 and $95 is typical.). Your mechanic has rightly realized that it takes his expertise to provide that diagnosis and can't give that away for free and stay in business. Well, we have the same problem here: An accurate diagnosis of your problem requires our expertise, which is what are selling. We have tried to break it down into units that our experience indicates is useful and practical for the issues you will likely encounter.

It must be a single issue, but can have multiple questions relating to that issue. The incident generally is expected to take less than an hour but we allow leeway up to one hour.

Purchasing Programming hours prepaid allows for steep discounts on our normal rates from 15% up to 25%. For more involved projects you can realize considerable savings on our normal rates.
